Late 2025, I made a decision that has brought about a significant change.
I help leaders and teams rewire their brains, using NeuroLeadership insights with cognitive illusions to transform the way they think, lead and adapt, to Human Connection, High Performance and Change.

After my second redundancy in 3 years in May 2025, I made the decision later in the second half of 2025 to go 'all in' on my Keynote Speaking and Magician work. Yikes!
The first few months weren't easy! Very few gigs, money draining out.
I also missed being a leader, and I missed the office vibe. I have many fond memories of my colleagues and direct reports, many challenges were faced, many success stories to tell, and lots of learning and growth were achieved along the way. I grew as a leader every single day due to the people I worked with.
I miss having a boss!
I was lucky to have many great bosses over the past 20 years, who each grew me in their own inimitable way, and most of them I am still in touch with in some form today.
But, it felt like the right time to make a go of things I had always done 'on the side'. Since then, I've worked with Global organisations, leadership teams and conference audiences, learning exactly what they need to help take things forward and tailoring my presentations to suit. I've fine-tuned my process and approach to dealing with prospective clients and seen my conversion of enquiries improve gradually.
And now, when I need to give myself a talking to, I'll often think "what would (insert old boss) ask me in this situation"? (notice, they're not telling me).
In November, 2025, I introduced a new segment into my keynotes, which has been overwhelmingly successful in terms of feedback and has become the standout, most talked-about moment. It really is something to witness and tick all the boxes - connects emotionally, cements the learning component and entertains! I'm very proud of it.
But I've made mistakes too; thankfully, they're always ones that will help me grow.
Three things I've learned:
① Insight isn't enough for audiences; experiential learning is where it's at.
② The most powerful moments are when logic and emotion dance together.
③ Stay active - small, consistent daily activities to drive my business forward.
Based on 2025's finish, 2026 is going to be a great year.
Scaling the impact I make on audiences is front and centre. Deeper experiences and braver conversations that truly transform people over the longer term.
If you're curious about the impact I make on conference audiences,

Grateful for the journey so far, and excited for what's next.
